Hey there fine folxs, I’m baaaaaack.
I hope this reconnection finds you as well as can be.
Today, like most mornings I dreamt in song. I wake up with a song in my head, lyrical or instrumental, independent of when I heard it last or whether I even know the name of the song/singer.
As part of my morning rituals today, psyche offered me this song to share with you, Apus by Danit.
Two surgeries and four months later, I am healing. I am healing exceptionally well. The healing of my physical body as well as my spiritual and emotional bodies are in great part due to the kind and competent medical care I received, as well as the abundance of tender firm love and care from my beloved community and partner. The wisdom and protection within me amplify my healing by encouraging even deeper rest, humility and receptivity. And lastly, the realm beyond the veil continues to hold me, reminding me that I am never alone or without.
This tending and nurturing allow me to sit with more ease and clarity, much more than I have experienced in quite a long time. So I sit. I sit and these words a beloved shared with me come, again and again:
You can know the truth about something and just let it be.
–gracious practitioner
Knowing the truth about something and holding it gently without expectations —self-imposed or otherwise, and softness are where I am sitting these days. Softness that gently drops me down from my vigilant mind into the ancient wisdom of my body. Softness that puts down my shield and slowly reveals my belly. Softness that opens wide and with care my throat chakra. Softness that allows for a surrender of myself to my Self and then to the Other. Yeah, that’s where I’m at today and exactly where I need to be.

What would it feel like to soften into your Self—just for you, and no one else?
To be held—in body, breath, and belonging—without needing to strive, perform, or explain?
You’re invited to a 3-hour intimate gathering designed to help you remember and return to your inner knowing. Through breathwork, mindfulness, ritual, and nourishment, we’ll explore what it means to truly receive, nurture, and choose your Self—again and again.
Together, we’ll soften the walls we’ve built to survive. We’ll tend to the parts of us that long to exhale. We’ll reimagine what it means to be nourished from the inside out.
This is an invitation into sacred pause.
A space of gentle remembrance.
A ritual of creative tending.
You’ll leave with embodied practices, an expressive art offering, and a deeper connection to your Self.
Come exactly as you are.
During our time together, you will experience:
– Co-created sacred space
– Ritual offerings and invitations
– Guided breathwork, energy work, and meditation
– Journaling + self-inquiry
– Nourishing food ritual
– Creative expression + art takeaway
– Community connection and circle sharing
– Gentle closing ritual
This gathering is for anyone longing to reconnect with the quieter parts of themselves. Whether you’re learning to listen for the first time or remembering how, you are welcome here.

A caregiver in recovery on my return journey to Self, I call on trained, lived and ancestral experiences to offer practices that have shaped, nourished and held me on my own healing journey towards collective liberation.
I am not a clinician. I am a healer healing as we heal together.
In Divine time, I witness and accompany you in remembering your power, your gifts, your light. By slowing way down, noticing, and leaning in as you are able, we co-create sacred space to tend to Self like never before.
It is good to see you back and to read your post. Wished I could attend your session.
I will sit with you in the distance (Chile to be exact)
